Shikushiku Shikushi manga summary: Tsukushi is a deity of weather, and based on her mood the weather will change. With her being a bit of a crybaby, however, it seems to rain a lot near her. Together with her friend Inari—a fox mask—she travels throughout Japan in hopes of becoming a first rate deity.
